I couldn't even believe in it even when I was 8 years old.
As soon as I learnt about science and found out that there were a hundred other religions I realised that there was no logical reason or evidence for Christianity and it was simply made up myths
No amount of will could ever make myself believe in it
To me part of human nature is the desire to learn more about the world around you and learn the truth about the Universe.
To me just obstinately holding particular beliefs about the Universe against all evidence is alien to me.
I believe in the Big Bang and evolution but would just as happily believe in some other theories if evidence were to come out that these theories were wrong and pointed to something else.
I don't understand or relate to theists and don't think I ever will?
