The problem with these tinfoil hat conspiracies is they effectively cover for very real problems.
I'm confident that Bush/Cheney were not involved in 9/11 but I'm certain that they were willing to take advantage of it after it happened. Jesus was not a carbon copy of Horus but there is a lot to the Christian story that doesn't add up and certainly drew bits and pieces from a variety of pagan religions. The war on drugs may not have been planned this way but privatized prisons are a sham. I'd like to discuss the real problems we have in this world without having the awkward associates.
