Looks like you were using IE? Try another browser and see what happens. Looks normal here as well.
When someone blames the browser, it is not a fix. I have seen this site many times through IE and never had the problem until it switched servers.
Blaming the browser is a band aid.
Funny thing is, now I am seeing the stars again and it is fixed.
Maybe it was a cache issue or something.
I'm not blaming the browser, I'm trying to help you isolate whether it's a browser setting or something else local to you.
