This was a literature by F. C. Payne, I guess published in 1995. Apologetics often draw inspiration from this writing to support their side of the argument.

I have gone through the first few pages of this article and until now, the author has just used the god-of-the-gaps fallacy to explain the "currently unexplainable" phenomena in nature while sparingly putting in a few circular arguments.
