If negative reps were allowed,for many of us,it would be like being Alan Davis on QI. *
Plus the concept is childish and nasty.

Oh, a while ago, I lost a rep point,but received No notification.
After asking a mod,I contacted admin and asked for the point back. He said he would "look into it". That was in January.
