#The idea of people of that time believing the earth was flat and square is crazy. When God spoke of the four corners of the earth He was referring to the cardinal directions of north, south, east and west. Those directions would cover the planet. #

Yes I can at the north, south, east and west, you guys claim to be smart yet you can not see something as simple as this.

Why do I always have to explain the Bible to people who claim to be Christians? You see, I don't compromise with science. I read what's there and believe every word as every Christian is supposed to!

When the Bible says "four corners of the earth" it means "four corners of the earth". The Lord doesn't speak in confusing metaphors, except when he does.

Isaiah 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Tent = sky
circle =/= sphere
floor of the tent = earth
Floors of tents are flat
Ergo, the earth is flat.

The earth is also a circle with four corners. I'm going to have to pray on that.
