Actually,they kind of do,when it suits them. Perhaps the most well known example is in Leviticus:.

It's also odd that Christians actually ignore most of the 613 commandments (mitzvot) which make up Mosaic Law.
I say odd,because Jesus specifically admonished his followers to keep the law
Matthew 5 :17-19.
