Trivia: I think the English Worcestershire sauce may be a descendent of the Roman 'garum';it's based on fermented anchovies. I only found out recently. I was bored and read the ingredients on the label.Only been using it for about 55 years. Doesn't taste fishy.


PS it's a crime to put ketchup on real food. Great for hotdogs and hamburgers. HOME MADE is another thing entirely.
