Nothing really applies to pantheism, it's just a redefinition of the word "god" to mean "everything". Of course, it does allow people to retain the god idea (and attach other things to it, things which are not strictly contained within pantheisms definition).
It's one of those fun gods that exist only in arguments.
The pantheist god is nothing like us, couldn't care less about us, and definitely didn't "create" us or anything else. In short, not a god at all. (neither able nor willing)
