Yes that might be the best idea. There is a possibility that the woman was in such a mental state that she may not remember how she got out (this does happen) but it's still a good idea to question her.

Seriously, cars are not water tight at all. Once the pressure equalizes, opening the door is trivial.
I dive shipwrecks. If not rusted shut, you can open a closed hatch at any depth, as long as both compartments are flooded. A very small pressure differential not in your favor screws you hard.
No miracle. It's physics. Science. It works, bitches.
On another note, diving shipwrecks, that's some cool shit. I bet you've seen some neat stuff.
