I don't put elbows on the table or eat with my mouth full. Do you think we all burp and fart at the table or what? What's wrong with our language? We aren't going to have the same language or spelling as Europeans. We are a different country!!!!

I know nothing of US table manners but English is called English for a reason ... it is derived from England, American English is just a cheap copy Devil

Kyu

How is it cheap? America is a melting pot. English people came here but so did people from other places in Europe. In America we have differen't dialects too. Go to Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and then go to New York. You'll see many different words and accents. It has many different influences so it's not going to be the same. I can't even understand anyone from North Dakota and then those Texans...they really butcher anything that comes out of ther mouths.

Isn't the 1st language of the majority in the US Spanish? Didn't you massacre the indigenous population (and coincidentally their language and culture) in numbers that make the holocaust look mild?

No the first language is still English but Spanish is a close second. Depends on where you are at in the US. Some places in Texas are mostly spanish and some cities in Florida speak mostly spanish. In the heart of America it's still English. Some of those idiots call it "American" and they say stupid stuff like " we speak merican". They leave the A off of American because they are too redneck to say it. How am I barely literate? I am from America..not England. If I were from the UK I'd have a mustache and non shaved armpits and look lanky. What's up with those british women anyway? Every British woman I've seen is a beast. Yeah your people massacred the Native Americans. Remember...those were Europeans. They also enslaved Africans. I didn't massacre anyone and I can't help what people did a few hundred years ago. By the way...my grandmother was Cherokee. Not a quarter or an eighth but...Cherokee. Where I'm from people respect Native Americans and indigenous people of America. They don't respect Blacks or Mexicans and whatever they are a bunch of racist inbred people...but they do care about the American Indians. Most of the people in Kentucky do have Native American ancestry.

In Kentucky we have a HUGE surge of illegals because of the tobacco trade. In high schools in Kentucky it's mandatory for students to learn Spanish. Some of them only offer Spanish. When I was in high school you could choose between three or four languages but not any longer. A lot of businesses will not hire someone that can't speak Spanish either. Farmers bring in these illegals and put fifteen of them up in a little three bedroom mobile home on their farm and the farmers have to learn spanish to communicate with them.
