You have no reason other than your personal experience to justify your odd belief that all British women are beasts. As a supposedly "rational" person you should know better than to make such arguments from a personal level. Location (especially given the similarity of wealth in america/britain) does nothing to affect personal appearance. It's all down to genes, and failing that, makeup. In Britain, we have an over-abundance of makeup stores, so I don't think that's it.
