You know we can see the drift through GPS data and it is between 5-10 cm per year. Taking the high YEC date for the Earth's age of 10000 years would mean Europe (the west coast of Portugal) and the east coast of the USA (say Atlantic City) means they would be separated by 50000 - 100000 cm which translates to .5 - 1 km (.31 - .62 miles), which means I can stand on the beach in New Jersey and drool at the topless babe in Portugal. Also a European vacation would not require an expensive flight since even fat old me could swim 2/3 of a mile.
