What an extraordinary question. I would have thought, no I do think, it shows that a black face was thought a no-no by whoever made the change to a "safe" white face. And since it's to be shown in Poland, where neo-nazi's are on the march, that is my conclusion.
Of course, the only one who can clear this up is whoever was responsible for the change.
You and I can only speculate.
