The christian concept of heaven just baffles me more and more every day. When I was little I pictured heaven like Olympus from Hercules....Heaven is a perfect example of human fear. Even if the person does not 'fear' death, they sure as shit LOATHE the idea of rotting in the ground, so heaven is a nice little alternative that seems beyond outrageous. This thread makes the perplexity go up by at least 3 points. Yeesh.
So we will be limited to......loving god? I mean, sin 'as we know it' covers many aspects about being human. If we take those away, what will we be in heaven? Mindless winged robots serving the grand-master?
