Several different ones. The one I'm most familiar with is potassium argon dating. Mind you, the fossils aren't directly dated, the location in the geological column they're found in is dated

I like Roger Wiens’ article Radiometric Dating: A Christian Perspective as an answer for the young Earth crowd’s radiometric bullshit. Even though it is a bit dated.
