Likewise every word of the bible is true unless it isn't.
Yeah exactly. I honestly don't see how, with the technology and intelligence we have now, people can still believe in the bible and everything in it just because the bible says to. I can't believe in sin because I don't believe in the bible. Just like the Christians shouldn't, I don't pick and choose what parts of the bible to believe in.
Prov 3: 13 - 15 "Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her."
Technology and intelligence fail us with our dying breaths. They have value only when we are alive, but were never meant to supercede the Creator or His Word who is eternal.
Death comes to us all, the bible which you choose to disregard teaches that we will live on beyond this life either with or without God, but we will be eternally aware of where we are and why!
Ps 90: 10 - 12 " Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures, yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. If only we knew the power of your anger! Your wrath is as great as the fear that is your due. Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."

I mean, if that's their genetic programming, and their simply obeying their natural animal behavior patterns which came from lesser evolved primates, how can anyone say objectively that this is wrong, and not just by an opinionated standard?
Civilized society can say that it's wrong. That's the rule of law. Laws exist for reasons (most of them). "Objectively wrong" has nothing to do with it.
Societies laws are based on the 10 commandments
