What would make you ask such a question, are you privy to info the rest of are not, if so please share.
As I see it God does not have to deal with time, as it holds no bounds upon Him. Being bored is related to time, this in it self would not be any part of God.

Pleasure implies a feeling of sastifaction or enjoyment, which also implies that god can be sad and unfulfilled. An oddly human characteristic for a diety, if you ask me.

Yes there is Biblical reference to this, I'll have to search it out, can not recall were it is in scripture. God has been sad and satisfied, His creation would be one way He's gone through this. Unfulfilled, never, that would not fit into who He is.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
