Can you for once show me in scripture that God created these things: hint, you can't, not because you want, which by the way is also true, but it is not found anywhere in scriptures, I still dare you to try though and when you can't please stop making unfounded statements about God.
So your deity DIDN'T create everything? This makes no sense! If he created the universe, surely he must have created everything IN that universe. How could it be otherwise? Sounds like you're trying wriggle your way out of a knotty problem because you know the implications of admitting that yes, your deity created microbiological monsters.
And if your deity DIDN'T create these critters, where did they come from? Isn't your deity the only one who can create life?
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.
God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?
