Why did u join atheist forum?

Also in my chrisitan forum there were lot of atheist that would come to debate, what is the point in debating xtians?? They just quote bible verses that they find on google while athiest say that's not evidence
Those threads go on forever and no one changes any belief
So what's the point in that?

A question that has plagued mankind for centuries. On another forum, I was a big part of a debate about abortion. After a few too many Out-of-context quotes and a realisation that this would go nowhere, I quit the debate. I've since tried to quit debating with theists, but I have relented on occasion.
