RE: Your News Sources

I don't watch or read much news. To truly get to the bottom of a news story of any significant depth you need to do at least some of your own research, whether that be reading from multiple sources, fact checking things that can be found independent of news outlets, etc. I just don't have the desire to do that most of the time; the last news story I followed was the Kony 2012 thing. The problem with most news is that the simple omission of facts, use of language, and selective footage can exacerbate, diminish or distort a story.
So I guess my answer is that I use multiple sources, I haven't a favourite. I don't pay any real attention to the brands attached to them.
