By calling atheists "converted" you are tacitly implying that we hold to certain doctrine. Suprise! We don't. The best you could say all atheists must hold to is that they don't think there is sufficient evidence for God.
I don't understand why I should have to prove either of the concepts you offer. I certainly don't understand them, past a layman's perspective, and I doubt you truly understand them either (due to your scorn for science). For the sake of argument, assume that those two tidbits are entirely dismissed (by me). What does that add to your current troll against atheism?
