I didn't. I was born here. Mum met dad in Vancouver during the war,came out here to marry him in 1946.

I live in Oz because I prefer it to Canada. Australia is rated one of the most livable countries in the world,with my city,Adelaide the most livable in Australia. (forget Melbourne,which is rated the world's most livable city.) Of the top 10 cities.Australia has three.

PS I'm only half serious. There are several such surveys,each giving different results. EG one declares Hong Kong as the world's most livable city,another claims Tokyo is the 'most loved' city on the planet.
