Yeah, I thought it was kind of obvious too, given that the question didn't have anything to do with donating organs to a friend.
Oh I wouldn't want to lose an eye either but think of the benefits.
You can wear this rather dashing accessory without fear of being ridiculed AND when you meet the inevitable person who goes:
"Oh shut up, you still have both your eyes." you'll get to witness the spectacle of them running away screaming when they move your eyepatch to see nothing but an empty socket.
Also you could use part of that million to invest part of your new found wealth in a company researching replacement bionic eyes thereby not only increasing your wealth when they make a breakthrough but making you first inline to receive all the benefits of that research.
