Erm, are you legally allowed to publish that email? If not, please remove it.

I was never under the impression that it was confidential or privileged information, and I posted it because I thought it was interesting and relevant to people here.

Thanks for sharing this! Are yourself or your wife members of the BHA? I think they'd love to read that; they have an ongoing campaign, you see.

Not yet, but we are planning to - I don't mind if you repost there, but it might be worth checking with them first considering the objections raised here.
[EDIT] I have just signed up to, and spoken with the BHA and have sent this onto them - They are running a campaign at the moment against the free schools. thanks for the heads up Nora
