Most notably the UK, where they present this tail tucking retreat as a "retun home"....what with claiming the Victoria Institute as their point of ideological origin with more than a little bit of justification behind the claim.
Don't let that get in the way of the "only in america" narrative, though.....makes for a good story, and when it comes to a good story...facts are nothing more than a trifling inconvenience.

Is that the impression you get? Google it, the ID movement has been gaining ground in europe (yes, that includes the UK, lol) even as it loses steam in the US. Not giving half a shit about some nutjobs is probably the best tool the ID movement has in their arsenal. People sort of wave them away as an irrelevence without realizing that they're simply expressing the religious viewpoint of a great many people. The US doesn't have a monopoly on god botherers -or- scientific illiteracy.
