Anyway, i think that Kyu should be able to wear the hat of an ordinary member. Hats (As with all other clothing) is just another decoration for the body... and i see no reason for Kyu not to wear what he wants to wear.
Although a string bikini might attract some very interesting attention in the streets
Anyway, nobody should be descending to the level of a personal attack... ever. Not in person, not on the phone, and not online. People should have more sense than that
