Regardless, I'm entirely willing to accept that there have been bad acts on both sides (arbitrarily limiting it to "two" sides, and ignoring questions of quantity and severity). What you're missing is the root problem with the claim that "liberals do it, too!" The argument is a blunt example of the "tu quoque fallacy." That liberals are guilty of bad acts does not in any way legitimize the bad acts of conservatives. That you seem to think that it is even relevant in a thread discussing conservative politics simply underscores the irrational and illogical basis of your rhetoric. I'm not sure I'd trust you even if by some miracle you managed to produce a logically valid political argument. You earlier in this thread suggested we should distrust a liberal source because of its history of error. Well, by your own logic, we should distrust and dismiss you, because your contributions to this thread have been nothing but a nonstop stream of illogical effluvium.
