Interesting question. According to the Bible, the only people hurt or killed by Satan were those he hurt or killed with God's direct permission in the book of Job.
Meanwhile, God makes a regular habit of demanding his people kill this guy, that guy, that nation, anyone who does something I don't like and that's not even to mention a world wide apocalypse with Noah's ark.
So I'm going to say God has killed a whole fuck of a lot more people than God. Yet to believers, there is only one evil: disagreement with God. Thing is, if your God is evil, is it really wrong to disagree with it?
