Oh dear. Someone doesn't understand the difference between white-supremacists and neo-confederates. The two are not equal. Some neo-confederates (even most, maybe) are white-supremacists, but that does not make it the rule.
Did you even listen to the video? Ron Paul never said slavery was a good thing; he even praised an abolitionist who happened to be against the war. No, what he said was:
1. The South were right in that secession is a constitutional right.
2. Countries abolished slavery without war.
3. The war was unnecessary both in its legality (because of 1.) and in its purpose (because of 2.)
You promised me a video of Ron Paul speaking at a white-supremacist rally. You gave me a video of him talking to neo-confederates about how the civil war could have been avoided and still abolished the slave trade (not really the kind of topic you'd expect a white-supremacist to be talking about), and a video blog about the right to succession. Neither of those are what I asked for, nor are they what you claimed.
