Moral values, work ethic...yeah those are in the Libertarian Party. That's two things we strongly stand for. Of course our moral values aren't to limit the personal freedoms of ANYONE. Unlike the "moral" values of Christians who want to keep everyone from being happy.
We aren't a bunch of rich bastards. Where would you get that from?
I have a friend that's a Democrat and who isn't rich at all. Just today at lunch she told me that she opposed Obama's health care plan, that welfare should be abolished, and that anyone who recieves any state assistance including disability should be subject to random drug tests. Her reasoning was "If I get drug tested in order to make my money then they should be drug tested in order to be given my money". She also stated that mothers who have babies just for a paycheck should have them taken away and it should be illegal for them to have any more. Of course this last one was her expressing her anger at the lazy welfare people. See...not all Democrats are for socialism.
