She mourned the fact that she would never marry and lemented for 2 months over that fact. So how could Jepthah keep his vow and yet his daughter's biggest concern be she would never marry? Jephthah could have "offered her up" to the tabernacle as a servant instead of sacrificing her on the alter. The fact that you can not definatly show that Jephthah Sacirfice his daughter on the alter, reduced you claim wild speculation, and in light of the direct commands NOT to sacerfice Humans it is safe to say that God never would have wanted Jephthah to sacrifice his daughter on the alter.(Leviticus 20:1-5). Jeremiah 7:31; 19:5; and 32:35 clearly indicate that the idea of human sacrifice has "never even entered God's mind."(September 24, 2012 at 11:26 pm)Drich Wrote: So finish the chapter and show me what I asked to see. Pics or it didn't happen? But there are no illustrations in the bible, so I guess we can't show it to you...
Meaning if someone did offer a child as a sacirfice to God it does not mean God accepted it.
