Romney is running a neck-and-neck race with Obama.

Even if Romney gets in and ruins everything, half the electorate will be glad he did. Erosion of civil rights for women and minorities is just the sort of ruin a lot of people in this country would welcome with open arms. And if the economy goes down the toilet, he'll blame Obama and 50 million Republican drones will agree with him. Not to mention, there's a significant portion of the Republican base who doesn't care as long as it's not a muslim nigger.
