They are worse in that their economoic theory is dependent on self introspecition and self policing which the top has not demnonstrated so any aplication of their "less regulation" in our current climate would be throwing gass on the fire.
There is also a stupid assumtion that an entire economy can be treated like a personal check book. Yet when they advocate crap like this and then something like Sandy smacks them in the face, suddenly they get Romnisia and stick their hands out.
