You didn't read the entries, did you? And let's be honest...urban dictionary? The urban dictionary is nothing more than a popularity contest (thumbs up/thumbs down...like/dislike) for words and phrases. Did you read all the entries for hipster and decide on one? Or are you just referring to the first one since it had the most votes? Who voted? Can I trust them? Are they educated? How do I know all the positive voters just don't hate what you call a hipster? How do I know that the votes (remember, the votes decide which opinion/definition gets to the top) are unique?
You asked what the hell I have been reading. Not the urban dictionary is a valid answer. You didn't argue my point and used the urban dictionary as a reference supporting nothing. I actually think the entries in the urban dictionary for hipster proves my point.
