Accused molesting priest blamed God: court
David Edwin Rapson, 59, allegedly told the priest, "You know what we do here."
Rapson is accused of abusing boys between 1973 and 1990, some at the Salesian College Rupertswood in Sunbury, where he was a teacher.
One student said in a statement to the court that he was asked to leave the school after saying he had been abused by Rapson.

The problem with the RCC ( or any church, really) is arrogance. They actually believe their bullshit puts them above the law.

What I meant was the problem specifically regarding child abuse. The RCC has an abundance of other issues too. Australia has rather strict child protection laws, legally speaking Catholic priests who hear confession are required to pass on child abuse information they hear.

But then again, the United Nations Convention Against Torture is explicitly clear as to signatory's obligation to convict, so when can I expect George W Bush, Dick Cheney, Barak Obama, Leon Panetta and the dozens of CIA people who have been to Guantanamo Bay to be put into gaols? Oh wait that's right, the USA is above the law .
