Yes, they should be legal. Although if I'd ever met someone who enjoys them I'd be very wary of them. Then again, I'm wary of people who enjoy depictions of rape, too. Consensual rough sex or BDSM is different: although I don't practice it, I'm not particularly creeped out by it.
