First off the data you provided doesn't specify as you say it does "includes but not limited to assault rifles", in fact it makes no mention of assault rifles. It simply says rifles. From my experience (I play lots of war games, I'm pretty convinced I know my guns) a 'rifle' doesn't automatically constitute an assault rifle. They're two different things. But hey, maybe that's wishful thinking on my part, I'll give it to you anyway.

So what you are saying is that even less people are killed by assault rifles than that statistic suggests. I'm not entirely sure how exactly that either A. counts as you catching him. or B. Makes your point in any meaningful way.
