When is it too much potassium? I read, you would need to eat 1000 bananas in 10 minutes to die from too much potassium. Since potassium is excreted through urine whenever there is too much.
Why would bananas cause constipation? they are extremely high in fibre in it's own right. I go toilet 3-4 times a day.
Sugar is good for you, if you want high performance you need high energy. My blood tests has shown I have healthy blood sugar.
Please do not dole out dietary advice. I doubt very seriously you have a degree in anything.
Sugar also causes bad things. Too much of anything can cause bad things.
The best advice is for people to listen to doctors, not you. The only general advice any of us should take is to eat a balanced diet, exercise and take your doctor's advice.
Since everyone does not have your body or genes I'd suggest you not make blanket statements about what other people should do.
I don't need to have a degree, no- but I have successful results in blood test, fitness, etc. There are plenty of fat/unhealthy doctors. Dr. Atkins for example, he was clinical obese and died of heart attack. Judge people by results, not by theory.
I don't have special genes, I used to be borderline obese myself when I was in my early teens:

High performance for what?
High performance anything, all cells are run on glucose.

The excess sugar gets stored as fat. Perhaps not traditional body fat, but I'd imagine your internal organs are covered in the stuff, and that's actually more dangerous than having a spare tire around your middle.
Bananas are a recommended food for those suffering from diarrhea. I know this from several bouts of diarrhea with the kiddos. Don't know how much is too much, but if you're eating 10 bananas daily, that's not good.
Variety and diversity, that's how you get a good diet. The more colors you eat the better. You're getting minimal veg. Simply not healthy no matter how you look at it or spin it.
Well, if sugar makes you fat- I should be obese. You know, some times I eat up to 7000 calories, so, it's not really true. I mean, it's a theory yeah, but if I am getting consistently good blood tests, I am doing something right.
You are right, I am trying to get more vegetables in- recently I have been chomping on a bag of carrots- and occasionally bags of spinach, but it's hard to get used to the taste.
