1) I'm 34. After you hit 30, it gets harder and harder to maintain a healthy weight.
2) Just because I don't follow the healthiest eating habits doesn't mean I know what healthy eating habits are. For example, I made a great big cheese quesadilla for lunch even though I know how filled with fat all that cheese is. If you want to call me on hipocracy of telling you your diet is way off, I can accept that, but it doesn't change the nutritional science behind what I'm telling you.
3) If you're asking why you should listen to me, I've been in school for two and a half years now and I've taken at least one biology course each semester. This is the kind of stuff I have to be fairly obsessed with. When I took my nutrition class last semester, I got an A. I'd ask you if you've taken any biology courses ever, but I already doubt your credibility.
Yeah, and it's very common for those with poor diets to study nutrition- when I had an eating disorder, I knew many other anorexics, had degrees in nutrition, ranging from masters to Ph.D. So, it's not impressive- I want to see some results, not theory. I've heard it all before.
