Do you pay your employees?
If so, then you're distributing the wealth of the company profits to fulfill contractual obligations under terms of salaries/payments.
Or are you going to rail behind the apolitical words of "distribute", "wealth"?

1) A complete idiot
2) Someone who either can't accept that the aforementioned phrase is identical to the following phrase: "If so, then you're fulfilling contractual obligations under terms of salaries and payments via monetary transfer"
Really.
It's that simple.
IE to make this simpler:
'monetary transfer' between a set of entities (includes individuals, groups, companies, government) to another set of entities is 'distributing the wealth' between a set of entities to another set of entities.
They imply the same thing.
What you could be objecting to is the irrelevant concept of distributing taxed monies to some set of people you want deprived of.
In that case, you're projecting congressional responsibilities of taxation and budgeting onto grade school mathematics where it is a (stupid) metaphor.
