Conservatives accusing FB of liberal bias....

It's all over the news, no link, google it, but the bigots and crybabies on the right are accusing Mark Zuckerburg and Facebook of targeting and or playing down conservative stories and or pages.
That has to be the biggest load of shit......
There is no lack of Conservative pages on Facebook. GOP has a page, Ted has a page, Catholic League has a page. Liberty University has a page. Fucks News has a page. 700 Club has a page........ ect ect ect ect.
Maybe that shit isn't trending as much because the ideas of the religious right FUCKING SUCK?
All you have to do to know how wrong that is is type in "Conservative" or "Christian" or "Bible" and you will find tons of conservative pages, both community, activism, groups and personal pages.
They are crying foul not because they are being persecuted, but because time is passing them by and they are refusing to grow up.

Far as I remember the story, it's about two weeks since it first surfaced and didn't interest me much, it's not about who's got a page, but about what the FB management recommends and features to users. They feel left out, might even be true, but then again, FB is a private corporation, something conservatives love so much, after all. So they can make their own decisions on how they do business.

Mark is essentially the 'editor' of his media business.
Entirely appropriate to have a bias. I'd just hope they're honest about it.

The complaint is not that Facebook is suppressing conservative viewpoints. It's that Facebook claims it is using a blind algorithm to determine what topics are trending for its top ten news feed when it turns out that they've been manipulating the list to leave conservative topics out of it.
It's not really disconcerting that a company would tailor their content to express their own viewpoint like Facebook has done. It happens all the time. It's the dishonest way they have gone about it that has everybody up in arms.
