I'll say it again, more clearly. He's arguing that PC games generally have a higher skill ceiling. He then listed PC games with high skill ceilings - much higher than any console game. This would add merit to his argument.

Then he should have bothered to reply to me before he went all obvious troll to clear up the point he was trying to make. At no point did he mention the word generally.

Console games have a lower skill ceiling, where the Koreans are- is where the real difficulty is.

That sounded to me like he was just saying all games on PC have higher skill ceilings.
