To be fair, that doesn't mean you can't defend someone who broke the rules. It basically means you can't hide the rule breaking for that person. It's more like an aiding and abetting thing, unless that has changed.

I was thinking that as well ... and yeah, Gilgamesh wasn't keeping anyone's rule breaking a secret. He wasn't hiding anything. So he's not breaking that rule.

I thought that rule applies even if someone tries to defend a banned member openly. My bad.
