Gil, I'mma sum it up for ya, in meme format:
Deal with it. 8]
See, this is a forum that Tiberius created pretty much for free. I assume that the majority of the rules on the site were instated by him, and likely by anyone who helped him with it. The fact that a consensus has to be reached [so it seems] by moderators and admins about a decision to warn and/or ban someone is a fair way of determining whether or not the decision should be carried out to do so.
Now, see, if you were, say, a monthly donator, at least your words would have some point to them other than sounding like obnoxious snark because you could make the case that you were concerned that the forum you were helping to keep alive was not going in a direction you much cared for.
But get this, your name is blue, not purple. You haven't donated anything, so your place to complain about the rules is somewhere in the realm of "nowhere." You don't like it, then either deal with it or leave, those are your options. Being a snarky obnoxious brat and complaining about something that doesn't even affect you anyways? That, too, can be an option, if you want to just devolve into being a troll whom nobody likes and nobody really says anything to.
Personally I almost want to petition the admins for a new rule that states "no crying about the rules; valid complaints can be made if there is a point to them but bitching about them is not allowed" since this isn't the first time this has come up. RaphielDrake comes to mind.
