Hate to burst your bubble, but superstition was around long before your magic baby claims. Humans had made up cave gods and volcano gods and animal gods long before someone concocted your zombie god.
Oh and "responsible" is growing up and putting away mental toys, like when you give up on Santa. It was understandable back then when humans didn't know better, but you look silly now.
Do you think the earth is flat? Do you think the sun is a god? Didn't think so. Try understanding that then you'll understand why we reject your claims as well.
