Well, some atheists love to spread propaganda in religious sections, they bring a crime took place in a religious country by savage people who are encouraged by lust, rape & plunder, then those atheists attach the crime on that religion.
Actually, I've never seen an atheist do that. There are tons and tons and tons of cases where religious people are quite open about their motivations and causes for their actions. They specifically say they kill because of their beliefs. However, it's the religious who spend a lot of time trying to claim that non-theists like Stalin and Mao killed because of their atheism, when they can produce no statements from either that even imply that atheism had anything to do with their actions. Stalin had a mustache too. Did that cause him to kill people? I think not.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide mankind that cannot be achieved as well or better through secular means.
