Got up early, forced myself awake, got dressed and met another guy as I was training him on dog rescue transports. We drove to a local shelter where we retrieved a 3 year old Golden Retriever who was on the euthanasia list and drove her across Phoenix to drop her off with a foster family. Then we drove to another foster family to pick up a dog who had previously been placed there and drove him back across town to meet the permanent home that had been picked out for him and supervised the intros to 3 small kids. He did fine.

Then I came home and took a nap.

Was it a dog nap or a cat nap?

I woke up and talked to the love of my life, got super soaked with soapy bubbles while bathing my 5 & 7yr old niece/nephew, went with them to get the kids a haircut, went to the store to get them new coats, then we went and got Chinese buffet Then we went to the Circus (FLG don't lecture me on Circuses, I know they're bad but should not every child get that experience if they can?). Not to mention they had dippin dots.
Dippin Dots! I lost count of how much money we spent but all in all it was an epic day for the kids
