the reality is god didn't bless America with it's massive mlitary, europe collectively used America in WW1 by giving it resources and funding to fight it's wars for them. AMerica did not have the strongest millitaryt before that war nor the strongest economy. America is even currently giving alot of that money back

They were wrong. Indeed, Germany just fired a major warning shot to the US Federal Reserve.

now that the "colonial wars" (WW1 & 2, cold war, korea and vietnam) are over there's essentially no reason for american military supremacy
technically the war with North Korea never ended America is just in a truce with them, Korea is a sovereign nation and has every right to own any form of nuclear weaponry it so chooses, the outcome of this proposal could signal the end of american military might.......but who would take charge is the real question?
I'm in favor of increasing the UN's actual military might
