I'm usually a peacenik, but if you asked me if I could name a country that would be better off if its capital city was melted into glass, NK would be it.

That way we can show the world just how much better we are by killing all the people he merely ruthlessly oppressed.

Of course, he's basically intentionally starving his entire population to the point where it almost seems like nuking them would almost seem like putting them out of their misery.
